How It Works

From choosing a competition to announcing the winner.

Every competition has a fixed number of tickets, a ticket price and a closing time, all shown on its page before you enter.

When you buy tickets you get your ticket numbers straight away. Some competitions also have instant wins: if one of your tickets matches an instant prize, you find out the moment you enter.

When a competition closes, the winning ticket is drawn and the result is published on Draw Results, where most draws can be checked independently.

Winners are contacted straight away and shown, with names shortened, on the Winners page.
