Every result should be provable

VeriDraw records each draw's rules, entries, randomness and result so anyone can check the winner was picked fairly. Every drawn competition's entry list links to its proof.

2. 02RandomnessThe draw takes its randomness from a source that can be checked afterwards.
3. 03DetermineA published, versioned method turns that randomness into the winning ticket.
