5. Paid Competition Entries

Customers may purchase competition entries through our website.

To enter:

4. Receive confirmation of your successful entry.

Ticket prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

A paid entry is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the entry has been allocated.

Adding tickets to a basket does not guarantee their availability.

6. Free Postal Entry Route

Mint Competitions provides a free postal entry route for paid-entry prize draws operated under the free-draw provisions of UK law.

Entries may be submitted by ordinary first- or second-class post, with no premium delivery service required.

The free entry route will be promoted alongside the paid entry route.

All entries must meet the applicable eligibility requirements and be received within the published entry period.

The system used to determine winners must not distinguish between paid and free entries.

7. Ticket Numbers and Entry Limits

Each valid entry will be allocated a unique ticket number or entry identifier.

The number of entries available for each competition will be displayed on its competition page.

Where maximum entry limits apply, they will be clearly stated before entry.

These limits apply equally to paid and free entries.

Customers must not attempt to bypass entry limits by creating additional accounts or using false information.

We may reject entries where there is reasonable evidence that published limits have been deliberately circumvented.

8. Instant-Win Competitions

Some competitions feature instant-win prizes in addition to, or instead of, a scheduled end draw.

Instant-win prizes may include:

Cash Prizes

We will make reasonable efforts to contact winners and arrange fulfilment.

Any claim deadline or additional requirement will be clearly disclosed before entry where it is a significant condition.

10. Live Draws and Automated Draws

Live Draws

Automated Draws

13. Cash Alternatives and Prize Substitutions

A cash alternative will only be available where expressly offered in the competition terms or subsequently agreed with the winner.

Mint Competitions will not automatically reduce an advertised prize because a competition fails to sell a particular percentage of its tickets.

Mint Credit will not be retrospectively removed without a valid reason.

17. Cash Wallet and Withdrawals

Cash winnings may be credited to a customer’s Cash Wallet.

Eligible customers may request withdrawal of available cash balances using the withdrawal process provided on the website.

Withdrawals may be subject to:
